Will people notice it?
Under regular-fit shirts, polos, knits and blazers it reads as your shape. Very thin, tight or light fabrics can show the pad outline, so pick the color that matches your outfit.
Is it bulky or hot?
No. The pads are light foam and the base is a stretch, breathable fabric. You can sit, drive and move normally. Remove any pad you do not want.
Can I wear it to the gym?
It is designed for everyday and dressed-up wear, not training.
Does it build muscle?
No. It changes how your clothes fit while you wear it. That is the whole point.
How do I choose my size?
Sizes are US sizing and fit snug. Check the size guide above. Between sizes, choose the larger one.
How do I wash it?
Take out the pads, hand wash cold, air dry, then slide the pads back in.
